Do I need an appointment, or can I just walk in?

Yes. An appointment is required. McKinley Medical Centre is a Private practice. All patients are required to make an appointment.

Do you bulk bill?

A.

McKinley Medical Centre is a private practice, although we bulk bill children 16 years of age & under as well as AGED pensioners 65 and over with a current pension card. For all other patient's; standard fees apply. Please refer to our 'Fees' section for a list our our clinic's fees.

Can I receive my results over the phone?

A.

Due to the Privacy Act, McKinley Medical Centre does not give results out over the phone.
We ask that you make a follow up appointment with your doctor to discuss your test results.

Can I speak to a doctor over the phone?

A.

Each day our doctors are extremely busy with scheduled appointments. We ask that if you need advice on an issue that you make an appointment to see your doctor.

Do your doctors do home visits?

A.

Our doctors do visit nominated nursing homes that has been previously arranged. Our clinic does offer an After Hours Locum service which can be contacted on (03) 9429 5766.
