Fees & Payment
- Medicare Rebate claims are processed on the day of consultation & deposited into your nominated bank account.
- The “out of pocket” cost is the difference between the consultation fee & Medicare Rebate.
- We accept Visa, Mastercard and debit cards.
- We do not accept CASH, AMEX, bank transfers or Cheques.
- We are a private billing practice.
- Payment on the day of consultation is required.
- Please bring your Medicare card with you to each consultation.
General Fees & Additional Charges
Further charges may apply for additional services such as
- Nurses time
- Dressings
- Minor procedures (including but limited to, iron infusions, venesections, ECG’s, lung function tests, hearing tests, 24-hour BP monitoring)
- Travel vaccinations
Cancellation Fees
- We require at least 4 hour's notice prior to cancelling an appointment. A $40.00 cancellation fee will apply if adequate notice is not given.
