Important Details for Your Next Visit

We are a private billing practice; we provide a high level of expertise in general medical care to you and your family. All consultations will have an out–of–pocket fee, we will however claim on your behalf the Medicare rebate.

We encourage you to book the correct appointment duration to address all your important health concerns. Secondly, this will help our doctors run to time and therefore reduce our waiting times.

Appointment Types

We provide a wide variety of appointment types to suit your needs.

These include, wound management, minor theatre procedures, cervical screening, Immunisations & travel vaccination, care plans, health assessments and Workcover.

New Patients Welcome

We welcome new patients into our practice and look forward to providing you with our expert care. Better care for a better you.

Your first appointment in our practice will be booked as a long consultation. This ensures our doctors can get to know you and provide you with the highest quality of care.

Upon booking you must provide a credit card to confirm the appointment. We do not keep or store your credit card details. These are managed securely via HotDoc , the most trusted and largest booking platform in Australia.

Payment will only be processed at the completion of your appointment.

Telehealth Consultations

As mentioned above for new patients, upon booking a telehealth appointment, you must provide a credit card to confirm the appointment via HotDoc. We value your time and rather than contact you after your appointment, we can streamline payment at the conclusion of your consultation.

What exactly will I need to do?
  • Your New Patient / telehealth appointment is made.
  • You will have 90 minutes to enter your credit card details to confirm your appointment. Otherwise, the appointment is cancelled and available to book for other patients.
  • At the completion of your appointment, you will be charged the consultation fee.
  • Our friendly receptionists will submit your rebate to Medicare & it will be refunded into your nominated bank account.

Cancellations

Understandably, from time to time you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

If you do need to cancel or change your appointment, please contact us at least 4 hours prior to your appointment.

A cancellation fee will apply if this adequate notice is not given. Please refer to our Fees & Payments for more information.

After Hours

Telehealth (both phone & video) after hours appointments are now available after 1pm on Saturdays, varied times on Sundays & Public Holidays.

When booking online, please select ONE of the following appointment types:

  • Telehealth - Afterhours Video (Existing)
  • Telehealth - Afterhours Video (New)
  • After Hours Telehealth Appt (New)
  • After Hours Telehealth Appt (Existing)

Please note these after hours appointments incur additional fees.

Outside of these hours, our current patients can utilise our After-Hours Locum Service – National Home Doctor’s.

Patient Results

All test results generally take around 3 days to be returned to your doctor. You will need to book an appointment with your doctor to discuss your results. This way we can ensure that you receive a comprehensive explanation regarding your results.
